MarP MCT or PIT2 is a mass spectrometry plateform with the ibisa label and norm nfx 5032 under
the biggest platform Marseille proteomics https://marseille-proteomique.univ-amu.fr/.
The platform is located in the basement of the school of pharmacy. It contains 6 main instruments :
- 2 gas chromatography mass spectrometrer
- 1 LC exploris 120 1 MALDI sprayer
- 1 Maldi ultraflextreme
Three people are involved in the functionning of the platform: Daniel Lafitte PhD HDR scientific director, Theo bob Muller Engineer, Dr. Emmanuel Wafo PhD.
The platform is specialized in various aspects of mass spectrometry like
- Analysis of pollutants by GC MS
- Analysis of big molecules by Madi
- Dosing of drugs by orbitrap
- Maldi imaging pollutants
